  • Description


    1. Solicits direct Group Accounts.

    2. Monitors Group related activities and production, mostly from NCR and South Luzon branches in coordination with the Regional Sales Managers-at-interest and from direct group businesses.

    3. Conducts group insurance related seminars for agents regarding the general concept of Group Insurance Program.

    4. Conducts sales presentations and accompanies/assist agents during sales calls.

    5. Answers inquiries of agents and prospective clients concerning group insurance plans.

    6. Implements new rules regarding Group Insurance solicitations, if any.

    7. Computes basic premium rates for Group proposal generation.

    8. Assists the First Vice President and Group Marketing Senior Manager in handling concerns of clients.

    9. Monitors collection of premiums from renewal accounts in coordination with Group Accounting.

    10. Conceptualize Group Contests and sales activities and coordinates with Marketing Dept. on posters and tarp designs for product launching.

    11. Prepares closed accounts.

    12. Performs duties that may be assigned by the FVP from time to time.
