  • Job Description

    -Must be knowledgeable in accounting rules and principles, experience in General Accounting, Trial Balance, Financial Statements, Auditing and Bank Reconciliation.

    -Oversee and manage the Operations, Accounting and Audit Team.

    -Conduct tight review of Financial, Tax and other reportorial requirements, ensure high-quality and timeliness of each report.

    -Strictly establish and implement accounting policies and procedures.

    -Assess and recommend efficient and effective ways to achieve Company objectives.

    -Communicate any related issues, in a timely manner, problems and difficulties and suggests possible courses of actions.

    -Review Operations, Accounting and Audit Team's deliverables with no errors.

    -Maintain calendar of deliverables and ensure completeness in a timely manner.

    -Assist Audit Partner/Manager in developing an efficient and effective audit strategy and audit approach prior to the commencement of field work.

    -Supervise the Accounting and Audit Team to deliver timely high-quality services in multiple engagements.

    -In-charge of supervising and coaching Senior Accountants and Audit Staff.

    -Keeping managers and partners up to date with the progress of the audit.

    -Monitor and assess the Team or Employees Performance based on KPIs, conduct evaluation and propose recommendation as needed.

    -Facilitate training of new hires and supervise professional development for the Team.

    Qualifications

    -Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy.

    -With at least 3 years experience in General Accounting and Supervisory.

    -Preferably CPA.

    -Knowledgeable in PFRS and tax laws.

    -Expertise in accounting standards and procedures, local and national taxes.

    -With keen attention to details and excellent analytical skills.

    -Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, can work effectively with teams - with collaboration and leadership skills.

    -Excellent people-management and interpersonal relation skills.

    -Advanced level skills with MS Office.
