  • POSITION: Head Chef

    REPORTING TO:Operations Manager

    JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

    -All around responsible for kitchen issues.

    -Supervising kitchen staff with their daily routine, positioning and scheduling.

    -Responsible in all paper/computer works such as daily monitoring sheet of stock and general store items, and others

    -Handling ordering of stock and general store supplies.

    -Maintaining good condition of all machine and equipment inside the kitchen.

    -Responsible in maintaining good quality of food served to customers.

    -Checking food items displayed in the counter.

    -Monitoring stocks level.

    -Handling customer complaints.

    -Helping in keeping the kitchen area clean at all times.

    -Creation and development of new menu items.

    -Meal planning and preparation of menu for B2B clients.

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    -College Graduate, Culinary arts degree is preferred.

    -3 years experience working in a kitchen as a supervisor level.

    -Certification in HACCP/Servsafe or any food handler safety and sanitation workshops is a plus.

    -have experience in Korean Cuisine
