  • Roles and Responsibilities

    - Assist in the business development activities of the company

    - Manage a team of Account Managers and be a point of escalation for clients in relation to any issues relating to client accounts

    - Ensure Account Managers are responding to clients and staff in a timely manner

    - Ensure that all monthly call activities are taking place following the process outlined

    - Assisting in the onboarding of new clients

    - Mentoring and assisting the Account Managers with any queries that they may have

    - Attend weekly management meetings providing an update on all account management activities

    - Co-ordinating the offboarding process for clients leaving the company

    - Communicating and liaising with all the Heads of Department with new updates and processes

    - Gather the requirements of clients when they start, to ensure that the right equipment is available for staff

    - Overseeing the moment of client and staff between locations

    - Ensure Account Managers are completing the designated tasks

    - Be the conduit between Account Management and other areas to ensure that messages are getting through and appropriate action is being taken

    - Escalating and resolving areas of concerns as raised by Clients and Staff Client

    - Monitoring service level and flagging potential issues

    - Passing leads to Account Manager and following up on the progress

    - Develop & maintain relationships with all staff, management, and clients

    - Conducting reviews to ensure Client and Client Staff are satisfied with services

    - Proactively drive a compliance-aware culture by delivering policies and procedures, with support from HR

    - Apply principles, procedures, regulations, and policies issued in relation to Compliance and Company Policy requirements

    - Foster an inclusive workplace where diversity and individual differences are valued and leveraged to achieve the mission, vision, and goals of the company

    Required Experience

    - 5 years’ experience in Account Management in BPO Australian company

    - People management experience
