  • We are a Hong Kong-headquartered, emerging e-Commerce company specializing in manufacturing consumer smart home accessories. We sell our products on global sales platforms like Amazon, eBay, Target, Walmart and BestBuy. We are looking to hire a Customer Service Specialist for our Philippine office located in Clark, Pampanga.

    The responsibilities of the Customer Service Specialist include:

    Customer Service

    Responding customer emails / inquiries through various channels (Amazon, Zendesk, Shopify, eBay, Facebook Messenger, Instagram, etc)

    Handling Negative Customer Reviews

    Responding to Negative Customer Review

    Miscellaneous Customer Service Support

    Manage standard template for CS team, monitor the performance and effectiveness of different CS members

    Implement various new CS procedure, standard to optimize the flow

    Business Development Support

    Other tasks that may be required which are deemed necessary to the company

    Job Requirements:

    At least eight (8) years of experience working within a deadline-driven office environment as part of the Customer Service Team

    Experience in managing a CS Team

    Experience in working in a US company as customer service role

    Prior experience in e-Commerce is desired but not required

    Fluent verbal and written English communication skills

    Self-starter, creative, results-oriented, and out-of-the-box thinker

    Able to travel daily to our Clark, Pampanga office
