Offer description

1.1.1 Responsible for all aspects of an organization’s compliance with occupational and
environmental laws and regulations.
1.1.2 Coordinate safety and environmental audits and actions to remedy faults and remediate.
1.1.3 Oversee and review health and safety documentation and data. Accountable for researching
and writing permit applications and work with environmental group and be compliant in
completing permit reporting requirements.
1.1.4 Practice safe working techniques and re-enforce the safety policies, guidelines, and
procedures as set out by the Company
1.1.5 Develop and implement health and safety plans, data capture and ongoing analysis.
1.1.6 Must be proactive in working with regulatory agencies to learn about upcoming changes
and prepare their organization to meet changing regulatory requirements
1.1.7 Help repair damage and develop strategies to prevent future violations from occurring.
1.1.8 Make frequent site visits and provide daily guidance and direction to EHS programs to
ensure regulatory compliance and to give training to employees and managers to ensure a
common and effective approach.
1.1.9 Responsible for coordinating regulatory programs and its applications, to discuss issues and
learn about new rules, and help support the compliance process; supporting and providing
relief for the environmental department.
1.1.10 Must attend training to receive continuing education on industry standards and occupational
and environmental law changes.

Requirements

• Minimum education level: Bachelor´s Degree
• 3 years of experience
• Language(s): English
• Knowledge: Microsoft Excel
