    Job Responsibilities:

    • Answer calls and respond to emails

    • Handle customer inquiries both telephonically and by email

    • Manage and resolve customer complaints

    • Provide customers with product and service information

    • Follow up customer calls where necessary

    • Document all call information according to standard operating procedures

    Basic Requirements:

    •At least senior/high school graduate with diploma/certificate

    •Excellent English Communication Skills

    Work From Home Additional Requirements:

    •Internet speed requirement (12MBPS Download & 5MBPS Upload speed)

    •Wired connection from modem/router to PC

    •Conductive workspace away from distractions

    •Highly stable internet connection with no packet loss
