Offer description

Responsible for first level troubleshooting/debugging for all development and
outsource
applications for the Shipping Cluster and ensuring that help desk tickets are
resolved in a timely manner.
To enable this, he/she is expected to:
 Provides helpdesk support and resolve problems to the end user for all existing
applications.
 Monitors and responds quickly and effectively to request received through the IT
eQuest.
 Follow up with customers/clients to ensure issue has been resolved.
 Provides 1 st level troubleshooting, debugging and report generation to support on
application and database issues and requirements.
 Regularly communicate to concerned individuals update, complete, accurate and
relevant information.
 Perform quality check of program application developed through system testing,
ensuring that program functionality is up to specifications and requirements.
Incumbent is expected to have an experience on system analysis, helpdesk,
programming, and with good communication skills, is technology-savvy and displays
high customer service through on-time response.
Function will report to Business Systems Supervisor of IT Shipping Cluster.

Requirements

• Minimum education level: Bachelor´s Degree
• 3 years of experience
• Language(s): English
• Knowledge: Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Word
