  • Job Description:

    1. Spearhead sales admin operations

    2. Lead sales admin team to achieve optimum performance

    3. Ensures accuracy and on time processing of all sales orders

    4. Conceptualize, suggest and implement sales order process improvements

    5. Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly and annual sales report

    6. Ensures daily update of sales performance versus the target

    7. Generate sales data as needed by the management

    Qualifications:

    Candidate must be possesses a bachelor's degree of any business related course

    With 3-5 years of experience in managing the sales and admin operations

    With 3-5 years of experience in admin operations and clerical duties

    With supervisory to managerial experience

    With 1-2 years of experience in people management

    With good communication skills in English

    Proficient in using MS office applications
