• 0-12 month of Continuous work experience
• BPO / Any industry experience
• Prior BPO Experience as a CSR
• Customer Support via inbound calls: Billing, Sign ups, Status of Service Order, and Status of Transfer
• Above Average to Excellent verbal and written communication
• Above Average to Excellent Problem Solving skills
• Attention to details
• PC Skills: Typing speed and accuracy; navigation
• Customer Service skills
• Objection Handling
• Empathetic
• Resilient
• Flexibility to meet schedules

Requirements

• Minimum education level: Senior high school
• Language(s): English
