Call Center Agent

DUTIES:

Answering incoming calls from customers
Resolving customer inquiries/requests
Developing and maintaining accurate files
Ensuring customer requests are handled in an appropriate and timely manner.

Qualifications:

18 years of age and above
HS Graduate (old curriculum) SHS Graduate (new curriculum)
Must have at least 3 months of Call Center experience
Excellent English communication skills
Able to navigate the internet and use a computer.
Amenable to shifting schedules.

Requirements

• Minimum education level: Senior high school
• 1 year of experience
• Language(s): English
• Knowledge: Time Management, Customer Support, Technology
• Availability to travel: Yes
• Availability of change of residence: Yes
