Hiring! Customer Service Agent for Travel Tier 0 Account in Pasig City earn 26000/month

The Customer Service Representative's main job function is to receive customer calls and deliver excellent customer service by addressing customer queries/concerns. The job requires documenting all customer interactions accordingly and producing quality service in accordance to set guidelines and key performance indicators. Senior Agents can serve as mentors and subject-matter experts to support operational efficiency and excellence.

Job requirements :
- At least high school graduate (old curriculum) or senior high school graduate (new curriculum)
- Work On-site
- Excellent communication skills
- At least 1 year travel experience
- no GDS required
- B2 up AM Score
- Willing to start immediately
- Ability to handle challenging situations with a customer-centric approach.
