The Customer Service Representative for a retail account is responsible for providing excellent customer service to customers who visit the retail store or contact the company's customer service center. The representative must have a thorough understanding of the company's products and services to assist customers in a timely, efficient and courteous manner. The representative will be responsible for answering queries, processing orders, resolving issues, and handling complaints for customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide excellent customer service to customers who visit the retail store or contact the company's customer service center.

Respond to customer inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly and effectively.

Identify customer needs and provide suitable solutions in accordance with company policies.

Process orders, returns, exchanges, and refunds for customers.

Offer information on product features, pricing, and availability.

Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner.

Educate customers on how to use the company's products and services.

Maintain a high level of product knowledge to help customers make informed decisions.

Escalate complex issues to the relevant department or higher authority when necessary.

Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records of customer accounts.

Meet or exceed established performance goals for customer service, including quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

Applicants must be atleast 18 years old
Applicant is a high school graduate (old curriculum) or senior high school graduate (new curriculum)
Above Average English communication skills
Good computer navigational skills on multiple systems
Typing speed of 25-30 WPM
