Deferring queries to your line manager if you are unable to answer them. Furnishing members and health care practitioners with details regarding members' benefits.

Qualifications
(at least HS Grad (old curriculum) / SHS Grad
with/without BPO experience
Excellent Communication skills
WOSA)
