  • Get hired through over the phone Initial and Final interview including the online assessment.

    Overview: Our Customer Service Representatives and Technical Support Representatives are vital members of our company.

    You will field customer inquiries and find innovative ways to respond.

    Responsibilities:

    • Handle and carefully respond to all customer inquiries via inbound calls and email

    • Provide excellent customer service through active listening

    • Work with confidential customer information in a secure manner

    • Aim to resolve issues on the first call by being proactive

    • Appropriately and adequately communicate with customers

    Salary: up to 15K Salary

    Location: CDO

    Position: Customer Service

    Account: Education Services Account

    Set up: Onsite/WORK FROM HOME

    Qualifications:

    • Minimum 6 months call center experience (International account only)

    • Filipino citizen or with equivalent legal status

    • Proven oral & written English communication skills

    • Strong logic and problem-solving skills

    • Availability to work through various shifts

    • Ability to use Windows operating systems

    • Organization and work prioritization skills

    • Must be amenable to work in shifting schedules, holidays and weekends and working overtime

    • Can start ASAP

    WORK AT HOME REQUIREMENTS:

    • Highly stable internet connection with no packet loss - 15mbps

    • Wired connection from modem/router to PC

    • Conducive workspace away from distractions
