    Description


  • Job Responsibilities:
    •Provides clerical support to the sales department
    •Coordinates with Operations Team on sales order processing ensuring all sales orders are aligned with pricing and credit guidelines and stocks availability has been checked to determine if orders can be fully served.
    •Monitors all free-of-charge bottles of the sales team and ensure completeness of acknowledgement/delivery receipts for submission to Operations.
    •Organizes sales and marketing alignment meetings.

    Skills Requirements:
    •Minimum 1-year relevant experience as an Admin Assistant/Sales Assistant
    •A team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
    •Experience in a Multinational Company is a plus.
    •Proficient in Microsoft Office
    •Degree on any business-related course.
