Description



  • · Ensures long-term relationship with clients

    · Communicates clients’ requests and demands and provide recommendations based on their eligibility

    · Reviews and Analyzes Utilization of clients’ and present recommendations

    · Conducts Orientation to clients’ members on benefits and availment procedures

    · Coordinates and monitors Annual Physical Examinations of clients’

    · Attend to concerns of clients’ that are out of-scope of front liners (e.g. isolated cases, special accommodations)

    · Coordinates to all involved departments to ensure consistent service and

    · Timely delivery of membership IDs, reimbursements and benefits

    · Approvals
