  • Job Responsibilities:
    -Answer incoming customer phone calls and take appropriate action for each call
    -Maintain customer satisfaction ratings based on explicit criteria set forth by the company
    -Attend mandatory training sessions to stay updated on product or company policy changes
    -Use company policies to determine if there can be an immediate resolution to a customer issue or if that issue requires managerial input
    -Input data into the company computer platform to keep each customer record update
    -Keep passengers informed and makes announcements to ensure important information is communicated about their itineraries, flights and luggage.
    -Coordinates with internal resources to ensure passenger information is processed and flights are dispatched on time.
    -Accepts passenger luggage and creates and affixes bag labels to ensure proper delivery.
    -All other duties as assigned.

    Qualifications:
    - At least 2 years in college
    - With or without work experience
    - Average English communication skills
    - Good listening, verbal, and written communication skills

  • Availability for travel: No
