  • Duties & responsibilities:

    BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

    Search for and suggest suppliers or service providers for business lines of the company

    Perform field works such as canvassing of a variety of items in different locations

    Coordinate with approved external partners

    Ensure that all suppliers have completed necessary requirements

    Searching for suitable lands and properties for lease or sale as may be necessary for the company

    HUMAN RESOURCE DEPARTMENT

    Forming and maintaining employee records

    Recommending new policies and procedures

    Ensure that business protocols are being complied and up to date

    Assist in recruitment process by posting of job listings, and conducting initial screening

    Provides administrative support by entering, formatting, and printing information; organizing work; answering the telephone; relaying message

    Assist in Payroll by keeping track of timekeeping records

    Provide assistance to Operations Department by creating enticing product photos and posting in their corresponding social media platforms.

    Qualifications:

    Candidate must be a graduate of Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or other related field; An equivalent combination of education, training and experience can be substituted.

    Preferably with at least 6 months of relevant work experience.

    Familiar with different facets of Human Resources; excellent verbal and written communication skills; organized and keen to details; can converse well in English; marketing skills; excellent sense of honesty, integrity, hard work, and accountability.
