  • -Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent.

    -At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

    -Knowledgeable in HR function and procedures, office procedures, methods, and equipment including computers and applicable software applications such as word processing, spreadsheets and databases.

    -Good in written & oral communications and knowledgeable in business letter writing and standard format, methods and techniques for basic report preparation, writing, record keeping and filing.

    -Knowledgeable in pertinent labor laws, codes and ordinances
