    including willingness to leverage and optimize all technology platforms

    Ability to consistently operate with a high sense of urgency needed to support hiring, offers,

    onboarding, employee customer service, and compliance

    Comfortable researching and translating complex policies and employment-related regulations

    Comfortable with reporting, people analytics, and managing data in multiple platforms

    Proactive, and solutions-oriented with a problem-solving mentality

    Ability to manage and prioritize heavy workloads to meet deadlines

    Disciplined with a strong work ethic

    Enthusiastic, positive, and supportive attitude with a commitment to resolve conflict, engage in

    productive clearing conversations

    2+ years in Human Resources/People Operations or office administration in a fast-paced, start-up


    Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud ticketing system

    By 3 Months

    Own and accurately execute new hire onboarding workflows and documentation; Become

    confident with people operations technology (e.g., Payscale, Sapling, etc.)

    Support the People & Culture team by maintaining Role and Performance Agreement Library

    Confidently contribute to the maintenance of data in Payscale

    By 6 Months

    Work with HRIS Analysis, begin using data to drive positive changes in 15Five’s operational environment

    Make recommendations to the Business Partners and the 15Five L&D Team, on how to update

    existing onboarding workflows to enhance the new-hire experience

    Have key stakeholders sign off for a minimum of 6x Departments Role & Performance Agreements

    Confidently manage ongoing scheduling for Milestone Check-ins for Business Partners

    Confidently manage ongoing coordination and scheduling of Harassment training certifications

    and renewals

    By 12 Months

    Document a further area of People & Culture that you feel confident you would like to own

    Contribute to department-wide quarterly OKR development; using BSR data, build out

    self-development objectives. Hit OKR’s by 100% or agreed stretch goal commitment
