HR Admin Assistant / Receptionist
Human Resources
Responsible in facilitating end to end hiring process of various head office and store positions.
Ensuring background and reference checks are completed and accurate
Maintain file records of all employees
Answer phone calls and provide needed information
Responsible in providing administrative support and to ensure HR and admin are maintained in an effective, up to date and accurate manner
Prepare payment requests for all HR and admin vendors and suppliers
Support HR Department on employee engagement activities planning and implementation
Responsible in addressing any employment relations issues and carrying out appropriate actions
Assist in the day to day to day operations of the HR Admin functions and duties
Any other reasonable duties which may be required by management from time to time.
Administrative / Receptionist
Answers telephone calls and transfers to appropriate staff member.
Meets and greets clients and visitors.
Performs general clerical duties to include but not limited to: photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing.
Maintains hard copy and electronic filing system.
Signs for and distributes incoming documents and packages.
Canvasses and purchases office supplies.
Coordinates and maintains records for staff office space, phones, parking, company credit cards and office keys.
Coordinates meetings and conferences.
Maintains and distributes staff schedules.
Provides office orientation for new employees, e.g. timekeeping system, etc.
Sets up accommodation and entertainment arrangements for Company visitors.
Making travel arrangements, such as booking flights, cars and making hotel and restaurant reservations.
Performs other related tasks which may be assigned from time to time.
Qualifications:
Must have a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent
Someone with good communication and interpersonal skills
Should be detail-oriented, proactive and can work with minimal supervision
