    Job Description:
    Human Resource Department

    A. Recruitment
    Validates PRF from requesting Department and submit to General Manager for final approval before
    Responsible in all sourcing activities (updating job posting, coordinating schools and peso and other
    manpower agencies
    Conduct pre-qualifying interview for managerial/supervisory
    Conduct background check investigation – for managerial post
    Present shortlist of candidates to the GM for final deliberation.
    Tracks and monitor recruitment status monthly
    Conduct On-boarding orientation of the company
    Facilitates contract signing and introduction of new employee
    2. Employee and Labor Relations
    Checks and monitors manpower status of the company
    Responsible in serving memos, suspension
    Facilitates settlement of incident Reports
    Conduct employee counseling
    Monitoring employee`s leave of absence and entitlement
    Facilitate any other employee-related concerns
    3. Training and Development
    Conducts training needs analysis
    Prepares training module for implementation
    Conducts training to the employees
    Facilitates training evaluation and summary for improvement
    Administrative Department
    Asset Management and Inventory
    Responsible in providing adequate assistance to Company`s property custodian in making sure that all
    company assets are monitored and tracked properly.
    Conducts validation and checking of asset inventory done by property custodian and admin support
    Make sure that all company asset has a proper tagging and monitoring
    Takes initiative for request of supplies and stocks of items / units necessary for the operations.
    2. Office Maintenance & Utilities Management
    Provides adequate monitoring maintenance staff and make sure that office is properly maintained and
    organized, esp. pantry, stairs, Gm`s Office and parking area.
    Make sure that maintenance staff is performing well, making sure that unused light/aircon, faucets and
    other office utilities are off after used.
    See to is that office vicinity is well maintained and organized
    Responsible in endorsing to finance for bills payment of utilities e.g electric, water bills, etc.
    3. Team Management
    Provides adequate support and mentoring of staffs – property custodian, Admin support, Quality control
    Monitors team performance and manages to improve it
    Conduct strategic planning and implementation to improve team and department`s performance
    Do other Admin-related activities that will be assigned from time to time
