  • Qualifications:

    Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Development and Management

    With 2 to 3 years of working experience as an HR Admin Officer is required for this position.

    Required Skill(s): Leadership Skills and Organizational Skills

    With 2 to 3 years Experienced Employee specialized in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent.


    Monitoring and maintaining office equipment and inventory supplies; orders replacement supplies as needed.

    Scheduling company calendar and updating as needed.

    Coordinating building and maintenance issues for general repair (heating and air conditioning, security, etc.) and updating (carpet cleaning, painting, etc.)

    Preparing travel arrangements for office staff and managers; overseeing and preparing expense reports and budgets.

    Handle employee relations, payroll, benefits, and training and coordinate the administrative functions of an organization.

    Develops policies and managing procedures.

    Provide support in the development and implementation of company policy.

    In-charge in benefits administration program.

    Assist top management from time to time.

    Lead the hr and admin department
