  • * Responsible for providing administrative services and support to other departments in terms of adequate office supplies; equipment and appliances; communication services.

    * Acts as coordinator with all process owners to ensure the implementation of the SAP Business One system.

    * Administers the implementation of employees benefits such as health and life insurance coverage, processing of claims from government institutions such as PhilHealth and Pag-Ibig; Updating of VL/SL records; payment and renewal of communication facilities.

    * Ensures that all H.O. fixed assets such as furniture and fixtures, office equipment, and appliances are properly accounted for; including filing and maintenance of all HR records and files.

    A person who is qualified for this position must be a:

    * Graduate of B.S. Administration, Human Resource Management, or any related course;

    * At least 1-2 years’ experience in the field of HR/Administrative Services

    * With good moral character and interpersonal and administrative skills

    * Have above average oral and written communication skills.

    * Analytical, can work under pressure and with minimum supervision.

    * Computer knowledge is a must (MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint).
