Offer description

• Assist in the new hire on-boarding and off-boarding process for local countries

• Responsible for daily HR administration and coordination

• Maintain accurate HR record and both physical and electronic filing system

• Support the annual and periodic performance review process and assist in the review and analysis

• of performance results and related follow up actions

• Work with the HR Champions in the AP markets to maintain updated employment record

• Participate in regional and corporate projects

• Administer updating and generating reports from Workday

• Support annual employee engagement survey and activities in the region

• Provide HR reports and analysis to support the planning and implementation of different HR

• projects

• Prepare relevant HR letters such as Company Certification, Release Letter and other HR documents.

• Handle ad hoc projects or HR programs as assigned from time to time.

• Handle day to day HR Operations to support onboarding to offboarding of employees

• Handle 201 File Management

• Provide support for preparation of trackers, templates and forms

Requirements

• Minimum education level: Bachelor´s Degree
• 1 year of experience
• Language(s): English
• Knowledge: Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Word
• Availability to travel: Yes
• Availability of change of residence: Yes
