RESPONSIBILITIES

• Maintain employee records (soft and hard copies)

• Being the first point of contact for employees on any HR related queries

• Process employees’ requests and provide relevant information

• Update HR databases (e.g. new hires, transfer, merit increase, change in job classifications, separations, vacation and sick leaves)

• With knowledge in Timekeeping or may assist with Payroll preparation including Employee’s Attendance, Benefits, Disciplinary Actions & Memo’s.

• Coordinate HR projects, meetings and training.

• Supports human resources department by screening, testing, and interviewing applicants.

• Prepare reports, memo, procedures, etc. for internal communications

• Provide orientations for new employees by sharing onboarding details and explaining company policies.

• Monitoring Incident Reports and create NTE drafts

• Complete termination paperwork and exit interviews.

REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS

• Bachelor's degree in human resources or related (essential).

• Effective HR administration and people management skills.

• Full understanding of HR functions and best practices.

• Computer literate and experience with MS Office applications

• With good interpersonal communication skills, flexible and can easily adapt to changes, committed, goal and result-oriented.

• Can work with minimal supervision.

• Willing to be trained and can handle pressure.

• Willing to work in Carmona, Cavite

• Willing to start immediately.

• Minimum education level: Bachelor´s Degree
• 2 years of experience
• Language(s): English
• Knowledge: Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Accountability for mistakes and errors, Communication and persuasion, Human Resources
• Availability to travel: No
• Availability of change of residence: No
