-Contracts administration: Preparation of contracts of employment and appointment papers

-Monitors station permits, assuring that permits are updated and complete

-Prepares employment governmental benefits

-Preparation and maintenance of 201 and 203 files folder

-Filing of pertinent documents of employees to respective 201 file folders

-Coordinate with supplier’s/services providers

-In-charge in the requisition of office supplies and equipment.

-In-charge in transmitting documents

-Perform other duties that may be assigned

Requirements

• Minimum education level: Bachelor´s Degree
• Language(s): English ,Tagalog
• Knowledge: Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word
• Availability to travel: Yes
• Availability of change of residence: No
