  • Job Summary:

    Responsible in processing timekeeping data and discharge of various admin-related tasks.

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    a. Timekeeping:

    - Reviews daily time records through the Timekeeping System

    - Uploads and processes overtime and leave-of-absence data from the e-Filing system into the TK system

    - Prepare monthly manhour and overtime report

    b. Admin-related Task:

    - Receives guests and endorses to host-employees

    - Receives incoming calls and transfer to concerned employees

    - Manages meeting room reservations

    - Books for hotel accommodation for employees and guests, as necessary

    - Monitors and processes Expatriates' work permits

    - Processes payment for HR and Admin related vendors

    - Consolidates and schedules official business trip requests

    - Raises purchase requests for admin related items, monitors stocks and replenishes accordingly

    c. Complies with the current food and safety policies and procedures and other rules and regulations being implemented and may be promulgated.

    d. Carry out additional task that may be assigned by the immediate superior, from time to time.

    Authorities:

    - To supervise Company drivers and dispatch driver/vehicles during HRA's Executive absence

    - To verify and investigate any discrepancies in timekeeping and payroll

    - To represent the Company to forum/seminar on HR-related topics

    - To serve as official representative to government agencies (i.e., DOLE, NLRC, SBMA, etc.), to applicable associations/organizations, and vendors

    - To propose project/process improvements and to implement the same once approved

    - To propose programs/projects related to employee welfare, benefits, and trainings

    - To decide on minor HR and Admin related issues and concerns in consultation with immediate superior

    - Above average communication skills both on oral and written

    - Has keen attention to details

    - Strong ability to multi-task

    - Organized and orderly

    - Above average interpersonal skills (ability to interact positively and effectively with others; ability to get along with others while getting the job done)

    - Team player

    Reporting Relationship:

    a. Reports to the HR and Admin Executive

    Qualifications:

    - Graduate of Human Resource Management; BS Psychology or any related courses

    - Atleast 1-2 years experience as HR and Admin Associate/Officer
