Offer description

1. Source, select and place candidates for required posts; Induction for new hires;

2. Coordinate with RPO/ BPO vendors, ensure the headcount for the business requirements;

3. Ensure and facilitate working document before onboarding such as; pre-employment

requirements, employment contract, job description, endorsement letter and training orientation

for new hires.

4. Maintain daily report, rosters and other related documents;

5. Provide assistance to employees on benefit availment, issue related documents, help check

and review application forms for government benefits;

6. Be familiar with local labor law and correctly handle employee relations;

7. Make sure the payroll and social security is completed on time according to national policies,

8. Other tasks assigned.

Requirements

• Minimum education level: Bachelor´s Degree
• 4 years of experience
• Knowledge: Communication and persuasion, Presentations
• Availability to travel: No
• Availability of change of residence: No
