  • This position is responsible for supporting the HR, Admin and Finance team in the areas of:

    Recruitment - sourcing qualified candidates through various online channels such as social media (LinkedIn and Facebook), job portals and other digital platforms.

    Administration - in charge of employee issuance, benefits processing both government-mandated and company-granted, facility upkeep and company events

    Finance - supports the finance and accounting team in timekeeping reports, payroll computation, check voucher and check preparation


    - Graduate of any 4 year course, preferably in Business Administration, Finance or other related degree

    - Excellent verbal and written communication skills

    - Highly flexible, agile and willing to work with different tasks

    - Preferably with experience working in HR, Recruitment and Administrative functions

    - Background in payroll processing is an advantage

    - Time management skills and able to prioritize given multiple tasks

  • Requirements

  • Minimum education level: Bachelor´s Degree
  • Years of experience: 1
  • Language(s): Tagalog ,
  • Knowledge: Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, CRM, Accounting Software, Recruiting, Human Resources
  • Availability for travel: No
  • Availability for change of residence: Yes
