  • Duties & responsibilities:


    Conceptualize social media posts and strategy for the brand.

    Devise end-to-end marketing processes such as promotional packages.

    Initiate photo shooting and coordinate with advertising or marketing providers or suppliers.

    Search for and suggest suppliers or service providers for business lines of the company.

    Coordinate with approved external partners


    Forming and maintaining employee records

    Assist in recruitment process by posting of job listings, and conducting initial screening

    Provides administrative support by entering, formatting, and printing information; organizing work; answering the telephone; relaying message

    Assist in Payroll by keeping track of timekeeping records

  • Requirements

  • Minimum education level: Bachelor´s Degree
  • 1 year of experience
  • Language(s): English
  • Knowledge: Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Word, Adobe Photoshop
  • Availability for travel: Yes
  • Availability for change of residence: No
