    JOB OBJECTIVE

    Lead our overall recruitment life cycle and attract high-quality talents to support our company’s growth. This role will also, be directly responsible for all other facets in our Human Resources.

    ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

    • Lead, guide, and develop our team of recruiters to attract high-quality talents, fulfill hiring needs, and ensure success in the entire recruitment life cycle.

    • Perform selected stages in the recruitment process for unique and/or complex positions.

    • Develop, evaluate, and improve sourcing methods and recruitment strategies.

    • Provide employee orientation to new hires.

    • Create, maintain, and improve HR-related documents such as 201 files, job descriptions, etc.

    • Assist in employee benefits such as government contributions, healthcare, etc.

    • Act as the primary point of contact for employees regarding HR-related matters.

    • Implement our employee handbook by providing consultations and imposing corrective actions as needed.

    • Generate and analyze productivity and performance reports.

    • Bring ideas to improve employer branding and employee engagement.

    • Perform any other related tasks that may be assigned.

    SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

    • Bachelor’s/College Degree in any field.

    • At least 3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a BPO setting.

    • Must be knowledgeable in Human Resources.

    • Understanding of Philippine Labor Law and employee benefits are a huge plus.

    • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.

    • High level of interpersonal and organizational skills.

    • Time management skills and ability to prioritize.
