  • Overview:

    • We are looking for a skilled HR Assistant who has knowledge of various HR functions; able to recruit, support and develop talent, and will contribute to making the company a better place to work, while staying faithful to company values and standards. A committed and approachable individual, with impressive character and skills.



    Responsibilities (assists HR Officer in one or more of the following):

    • Recruitment & Hiring

    • Personnel Management

    • 201 File, and other documentation requirements/deadlines etc.

    • Company rules, regulations, policies & procedures

    • Disciplinary & Corrective Action

    • Grievance Handling

    • Organizational Structure – Job Descriptions

    • Staff Movements

    • Payroll, Benefits Administration, and Healthcare Issues

    • Training & Competency

    • Orientation & Training Planning and Executions

    • Training & Competency Evaluations

    • Competency Management

    • Represent Management in any labor hearing or arbitration on all dispute-related matters.

    • Records Monitoring & Maintenance (hard copy & soft copy)

    • Documentation compliance

    • Demonstrate a number of competencies that are essential to the position, which include:

    • Able to prioritize and plan work activities as to use time efficiently

    • Organized, accurate, thorough, and able to monitor work for quality



    Requirements and Qualifications:

    • Holder of a Bachelor’s degree in human resources, psychology, or any related field

    • At least 2 years of proven work experience in the HR field or similar

    • Computer literate, especially in using MS Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

    • Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently

    • Possess strong interpersonal skills and professional attitude

    • Goal-oriented, organized team player; encouraging to team and staff; able to mentor and lead

    • Adept at problem-solving, including being able to identify issues and resolve programs in a timely manner

    • Able to effectively read and interpret information, present numerical data in a resourceful manner, and skillfully gather and analyze information

    • Specialized training in employment law, compensation, organizational planning, organization development, employee relations, safety, training, and preventive labor relations, preferred

    • General knowledge of employment laws and best practices

  • Language(s): Tagalog ,English
  • Knowledge: Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Word
