    Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Draft Employment Contracts

    • Discuss pre-employment requirements.

    • Answer employee verifications.

    • Update organizational chart.

    • Draft and serve HR memorandums, notices and communications.

    • Conduct timekeeping.

    • Process and address questions / requests with regard to benefits (SSS, Pag-IBIG, PhilHealth, HMO, Leaves, etc.)

    • Maintain and update HRIS.

    • Address Employee questions regard to HR-related topics, such as policies, compensation, benefits, etc.

    • Prepare, update and send HR reports, trackers and presentations.

    • Provide guidance with regard to policy queries or incident reports.

    • Conduct Induction training and HR on boarding of management team members.

    • Conduct OSH training.

    • Conduct online research on HR, Labor Laws, DOLE regulations, etc.

    • Assist in Employee Engagement activities.

    • Perform other HR-related tasks as assigned.

    Qualifications and Experience:

    • At least 1 year of experience in timekeeping.

    • At least 1 year of experience in processing and addressing queries with regard to compensation and benefits (SSS, Pag-IBIG, PhilHealth)

    • Willingness to do field work (e.g. SSS, Pag-IBIG, PhilHealth, DOLE, PhilPost, etc.)

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

    • Proficiency in MS Excel

    • Willingness to learn

    • Flexibility and adaptability

    • Willingness to complete tasks / projects / initiatives, which may require changing of schedule or performing overtime

    • Willingness to perform other HR-related tasks

    • Excellent customer service skills

    • Great presentation skills.

    • Must be willing to work in Clark, Pampanga
