  • Minimum Qualifications/Skills/Experience

    Bachelor’s Degree graduate preferably in Industrial Relations, Psychology, Human Resources or any related course;

    With experience in the position or in the industry;

    With excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as presentation, negotiation and interpersonal skills;

    With strong leadership and motivational skills;

    Can work with minimum supervision and under extreme pressure;

    Willing to work at Philippine stock exchange Ortigas Pasig City.

    Duties/Responsibilities

    Prepares timekeeping report (bi-monthly);

    Prepares and process payroll

    Prepares payroll reports/entries to be submitted to Accounting Department

    Prepares annualization in coordination with Accounting Department

    Prepares of appointment papers such as NPA, lateral transfer, promotion, regularization etc.;

    Prepares summary & reports on Performance Appraisal Forms (PAF);

    Maintains updated record of employees' movement & salary adjustments

    Process mandatory benefits (SSS Loan, SSS sickness benefit/maternity benefit, SSS/PHIC/HDMF certification, etc);

    Prepares prestige report & its reward to employees;

    Responsible for facilitation of HR programs, events, etc.

    Presents reports & comprehensive studies re: COMPBEN and Company Activities

    Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
