Offer description
1. Ensure that timekeeping records are up to date for payroll processing of Finance Department.
2. Making update to SSS online account.
3. Making update to PhilHealth online account.
4. Receive, facilitate and monitor the filed loans of employee – SSS; HDMF; Company Loan.
5. Forwarding of Benefit entitlement (Birthday, Perfect Attendance and similar others) to Finance Department.
6. Review of Salary Alignment of employees as deemed necessary.
7. Preparation of Performance Appraisal / NMPAS of employees and coordinate with respective concerned
department managers.
8. Monitoring of updates on statutory benefits and relaying to HR supervisor for preparation of advisories / and
memorandum.
9. Monitoring and preparation of of all compensation & benefits-related assignments.
Requirements
- Minimum education level: Bachelor´s Degree
- 2 years of experience
- Language(s): English
- Knowledge: Microsoft Access
