  • QUALIFICATIONS:

    -Candidate must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Nursing, BS Psychology or equivalent

    -With at least 1 year of working experience in benefits administration and liaising with government institutions.

    -Knowledgeable in government mandated benefits - its process, guidelines and procedures (SSS, Pag ibig, Philhealth)

    -Keen to details

    -Can do government reports & payments

    JOB DESCRIPTION:

    -Assist in processing of government mandated benefits such as SSS Sickness, Maternity etc.

    -Responsible for the timely basis of mandatory contribution payments, posting and reports (SSS/PHIC/HDMF)

    -Handle queries related to government statutory obligations and ensure resolutions with specified timelines.

    -Remits government payables
