  •  Assist with the day-to-day operations of HR functions

     Provide clerical and administrative support to HR duties

     Source applicants and post job ads thru social media and job portals

     Communicate with applicants and schedule interviews

     Assist applicants from inviting to coming in for a job interview

     Process documentation and prepare reports relating to recruitment

     Prepare weekly monitoring sheet for requested applicants status

     Assist superiors for their job vacancies and other requests

     Maintain database for monitoring applicants’ information and status

     Compile and prepare reports and documents pertaining to personnel activities

     Maintain employee files and electronic filing system

     Undertake a variety of HR duties and other administrative requests
