  • Description

  • Duties and Responsibilities:

    - Perform daily filing and record-keeping of documents

    - Answer employee questions related to HR function and provide customer service to co-employees

    - Prepare memorandum for issuance to employees as needed

    - Create reports

    - Work closely with the HR/Admin Officer in the compilation, monitoring and verification of the daily time records and overtime of employees and performs necessary update on their timesheet

    - Provide administrative support to different organizational units as needed

    - Support the company staffs by establishing a recruiting and interviewing program; counsel managers on candidate selection; conduct and analyze exit interviews and recommend changes if applicable/necessary

    - Prepare employees for assignments by establishing and conducting orientation and training programs

    - Assist in implementing employee benefits programs and informs employees of benefits; direct the processing of benefit claims; obtain and evaluate benefit contract bids; award benefit contracts and design and conduct educational programs on benefit programs

    - Aid in ensuring the legal compliance of company by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource government-mandated requirements and maintaining records

    - Complete human resource operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees and following up on work results

    - Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

    - Perform logistical and administrative tasks from time to time

    - Adhere to the provisions of the Company's Code of Conduct and Discipline

    - Report any fraudulent, suspicious acts or unlawful activities / transactions immediately to immediate head to preempt potential risks to the company

    - Perform other duties that may be assigned from time to time

    Qualifications:

    - Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology or any related field

    - Certification/s related to the job position is a plus

    - Has at least 1 year of experience in Office Administration and Human Resources roles

    - Fresh graduates may be considered

    - Good communication skills in both English and Filipino language

    - Risk and result oriented

    - Possesses strong interpersonal skills

    - Must be able to effectively read and interpret information, present numerical data in a resourceful manner and skillfully gather and analyze information

    - Must be analytical and able to think outside the box

    - Must be able to prioritize and plan work activities as to use time efficiently

    - Willing to work in Mandaluyong

    - Willing to start ASAP
