  • PRIMARY FUNCTION:

    Primarily responsible in ensuring timely delivery of Human Resource services which includes but not limited to; attending to employee’s concerns on policies, cascading new policies and addressing issues on government and company-initiated benefits. Ensures consistent implementation of company Code of Discipline by timely processing of employee discipline cases. Also responsible in driving successful company events which promote camaraderie and improve employee engagement.

    MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

    1. Closely monitors concerns of all employees of assigned business unit.

    2. Timely resolves concerns of employee’s of assigned business unit.

    3. Timely elevates to AVP – Support Services concern/s that can no longer be resolved on her level.

    4. Discusses incident reports received with AVP – Support Services and recommends solution.

    5. Ensures timely processing of Employee Discipline minor cases (Notice to Explain and Notice of Disciplinary Action).

    6. Accurately monitors the fixed asset issuances of employees of assigned business unit (Bacolod).

    7. Closely monitors Manpower requirements of the assigned business unit by coordinating with the HR Assistant for Recruitment on the status.

    8. Closely monitors employment status of newly hired employees and ensures timely reminder of contract expiration to employee’s Division Head and Department Managers.

    9. Timely processes performance evaluation of non-regular and regular employees.

    10.Timely and accurately updates employee’s records at AMS.

    11. Conducts Exit Interview and timely prepare exit interview summary report every month.

    12. Timely prepares and processes clearance forms.

    13. Timely prepares quitclaim and ensures it’s signed by the separated employee upon release of last pay.

    14. Timely and accurately prepares Certificate of Employment (COE)

    15. Ensures that all employees’ last pay is released not later than thirty (30) days from date of separation.

    16. Timely and accurately prepares data for Mancom meeting.

    17. Timely and accurately files employees’ documents to their respective 201 files.

    18. Performs other tasks that may be assigned by the AVP – Support Services and the Executive Vice President.

    Qualifications:

    Graduate of Psychology or Human Resources Management or equivalent

    EXPERIENCE

    With 1 -2 years of experience in the same field

    Knowledgeable in general HR functions; research methodology; organizational structure and organizational assessment.

    Computer Literate; Above average oral and written communication skills; Presentation skill.

    ability to maintain confidentiality at all times

    -ability to work independently (minimal supervision)

    ability to read, interpret and analyze training needs and organizational diagnosis results

    ability to perform multi-tasking
