Sourcing candidates through various job portals
Conduct screening of candidates on phone
Arrange and send interview letters to candidates
Display job positions on various job portals
Assists recruitment staff in researching additional posting options
Update and manage candidates' database
Job Qualifications:
Graduate of AB/BS Psychology
Possesses good interpersonal, communication and organizational skills
Attentive to details, analytical, and result oriented.
With experience in recruitment
