  • Duties include but are not limited to:

    Overall in-charge and ensures an effective and efficient discharge of human resource management involving all matters;

    recruitment and staffing

    performance management and improvement systems

    training and development

    policy development and documentation

    employee and labor relations

    employee engagement

    company-employee communication

    benefits planning and administration

    employee welfare

    employment and compliance to regulatory concerns

    reporting health, safety, and wellness programs

    corporate social responsibility and management of general affairs health involving medical

    security

    canteen, transportation, janitorial, and welfare of expatriates (visa application).

    Qualifications:

    Above 5-10 years of working experience in HR

    Working experience in a Japanese company is an advantage

    Conversant to recruiting, training, and employee welfare

    Well versed in handling CSR activities

    Can also handle GA works
