  • Job Description:

    -Oversee and handle all the phases of human resources; Recruitment and Training

    -Implement employee performance evaluation and appraisals and firing process

    -Oversee and implement the overall provisions of administration and provide support to the head of the Organizational Development

    -Respond to legal issues and compliance (PEZA, contracts, lawsuits, etc.)

    -Will serve as an Arbitrator whenever conflicts arise inside the company

    Qualifications:

    -Must be a graduate of any Business course or equivalent courses.

    -With 7 years or above-related experience

    -Strategic skills, adaptability, changing/ challenging mindset

    -Knowledgeable in Labor Law

    -Knowledgeable and experienced in creating and implementing policies/ training programs

    -Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

    -Preferably with experience from American or European Company
