Description
- DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Source pool of candidates by utilizing our internal database, job boards, networking, referrals, job fair, campus recruitment and any other creative means of locating qualified candidates.
Conduct end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing and reference checks.
Recruit effectively, demonstrating the ability to successfully multi-task and work within a timely manner.
Can work well within a fast paced dynamic environment with a high sense of urgency.
May develop, support and maintain employment advertising campaigns, university recruitment and branding. Requirements
- Minimum education level: Bachelor´s Degree
- Years of experience: 2
- Language(s): English
- Availability for travel: Yes
- Availability for change of residence: Yes
