Offer description
Provides a full range of technical, administrative, clerical and office
support including, but not limited to:
* Manage company’s online job placements;
* Screens/pre-qualifies prospective candidates
* Develop creative recruiting resources to attract qualified
professionals
* Responsible for administering, checking and
interpreting pre-qualification tests for pre-screened candidates;
* Answers queries from employees and the general public regarding
human resources issues, rules and regulations relating to human
resources management.
* Respond to employment verifications
requests, salary and benefit surveys, and other requests for
information.
* Conduct office and online interviews, reference checks
and background investigations;
* Present job opportunities to
qualified candidates and negotiate contract terms;
* Coordinate with
clients and their representatives in regard to scheduling of pre-final
and final interviews
* Prepares variety of reports including technical
reports and status reports pertaining to human resource
management programs and activities.
* Maintains personnel records (201 file).
* Prepares and facilitates on-boarding & off-boarding process
* Maintains applicant & employee database; ensuring timely
and accurate data.
* Assists the manager for human resource
projects/employee engagement activities.
* Advises manager of any issues to ensure orderly and efficient human resources operations.
* Maintains appropriate interpersonal relationships with employees
and peers;
* Performs related duties required.
Qualifications:
* Atleast Bachelor's/College Degree in any of the following fields:
Human Resources Management, Psychology, Social
Science/Sociology or equivalent
* At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position * Expertise
in recruiting, interviewing and assessing an applicant’s personality
and behavior.
* PC Literate in Windows environment including, MS
Office, Skype, Zoom, MS Teams and Internet
* Ability to work effectively with individuals of different views, culture, nationality,
gender or age.
* Ability to manage priorities and workload within general schedule of work, instructions and standardized practices.
* Possess exceptional phone skills, recruiting, interviewing skills and people skills. * Possess excellent
communication skills (reading,
comprehension, writing and speaking) in the English
* Candidate must be able to start ASAP. * Willing to work on shifting schedules,
holidays/weekends if needed. * Willing to work in Davao City.
