  • 1. Create a Performance Improvement Plan (PIP) template to be used in analysis of employee with performance

    2. Creation and updating of accurate and stream-lined employee job descriptions.

    3. Can advise in workflow or operational improvements

    4. Training of other HR and Admin functions to existing employees.

    5. Advise management in appropriate solutions for employee related concerns.

    6. Oversee in the analysis and creation of reports that could help in improving employee performance, outputs and records.
