  • Job Overview

     Provide general and administrative support to the HR Department on all Human Resource matters.

     Creates and posts job advertisements on job websites, scheduling, and organizing interviews with potential candidates

     Provide customer-focused recruitment advise and administration service for the company and support the Recruitment Specialists by coordinating the end to end recruitment process ensuring full compliance with the relevant employment and equality labor legislation.

    Duties and Responsibilities

     Respond to the Hiring Manager status within 24 Hours

     Administer end to end process of the recruitment process including but not limited to ensuring compliance of the pre-employment requirements prior to on-boarding

     To effectively manage recruitment related to the HR department via phone and e-mail, ensuring that these are dealt with in a timely, accurate professional manner.

     Ensure the delivery of excellent recruitment service to hiring managers/ requestors, staffs and applicants through the provision of administrative and advisory support throughout the recruitment process

     Contact candidates to arrange interviews of both verbally and electronically, prepare recruitment forms and papers for interviews and ensure panel members have the relevant paperwork ahead of the interviews.

     Meet and greet candidates on the day interviews, as required work with recruitment specialists to ensure that they are kept fully up to date with the progress of their successful candidate.

     Assist with any recruitment events or initiatives that the company undertakes throughout the year

     Attend and actively participate in regular team meetings

     Maintain 100% accurate records relating to recruitment and smart sheet.

     Ensure all new employees file are updated and filing is completed on a regular basis in Coordination.

     Provide support and cover for the HR Assistant when needed

     Perform other tasks such as photocopying, scanning, shedding, ordering stationery, post as requested.

     To undertake any duties appropriate with the post and as directed by the Recruitment Specialist and Head of HR.

    Job Specification

     Bachelor’s/College Degree in Human Resource, Psychology or equivalent

     Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

     Computer literate and proficient in using Microsoft word and excel including reporting skills as well as email and internet
