Bachelor’s Degree in human resource management or relevant field

Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Managerial position

Experience in a Manufacturing company is an advantage

Strong computer skills and experience with office management and communication software

Preferred but not required:

"English business level and above JLPT N2 or higher is even better (language allowance available)

If candidate has experience with general affairs manager, there is a possibility additional condition

If the candidate has experience ISO14001and certification, there is a possibility additional condition
