  • PURPOSE

    Ensure implementation of HR COE Employee and Labor Relations operations and projects that promotes discipline and engagement

    QUALIFICATIONS

    >With Bachelor’s degree in Psychology/ Human Resource Management/ Administration Management/ Industrial Relations or other related courses

    >With at least 2 years of significant working experience in related field

    >With working knowledge of HR functions specifically HR Employee and Labor Relations, and due process in employee discipline cases

    >With excellent oral and written communications skills

    JOB DESCRIPTION

    EMPLOYEE DISCIPLINE

    >Implement employee discipline systems and administration

    >Prepare and review memoranda (show cause memos, notices, incident reports, etc.) to comply with the administrative due process

    >Facilitate and document administrative hearings

    >Work with the HR COE Leader for Employee Relations/ Labor Relations, HR Business Partners, and Line Leaders in implementing effective employee feedback, grievance mechanism, and disciplinary action management

    >Own and assist review and revision of Company’s Code of Conduct, if necessary

    >Orient new hires and employees regarding Company’s Code of Conduct

    >Maintain records and analytics pertaining to Employee Discipline cases

    >Other tasks that may be assigned by the HR COE Leader for Employee Relations/ Labor Relations

    EMPLOYEE ENGAGEMENT AND RECOGNITION

    >Enhance, design, and implement institutionalized and new employee events

    >Assist Company’s CSR activities that involves employee volunteerism

    >Implement Employee Recognition Programs (Loyalty, Productivity, Model Employees)

    INDUSTRIAL RELATIONS AND INTERNAL COMMUNICATIONS

    >Help maintain harmonious relationship between the management and employees

    >Help implement an open communication policy within the Company

    >Ensure alignment of employee to all HR initiatives that involves their engagement and compliance to Company Policies

    DOLE - Labor Compliance

    >Provide Labor Advisory to HRBPs and Line Leaders for employee-related concerns

    >Ensure submission of DOLE reports in partnership with HRBPs and maintain a database of all DOLE submissions

    >Attend DOLE/ NLRC conferences and audits
